Larry M. K. Boafo

Larry M. K. Boafo

CEO, Founder & HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Known in the industry as Larry “KLM” Boafo, Larry is a filmmaker and creative executive with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Film Directing from the UniMAC Institute of Film and Television. With years of experience in film production and directing, he has contributed to the creation of several thought-provoking films that explore social realities, human emotions, and contemporary African narratives. In addition to his work in film, Larry brings over 10 years of teaching experience with the Ghana Education Service (GES), a background that has strengthened his organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage people and projects effectively. His experience as an educator has also developed his leadership abilities, mentorship capacity, and strong communication skills, enabling him to guide teams, nurture talent, and build productive working relationships. As the Founder and CEO, Larry combines storytelling, leadership, education, and innovation to drive the company's vision of producing impactful and culturally relevant content for audiences across Ghana and beyond.

Rejoice is a seasoned television producer, presenter, and filmmaker with a deep commitment to high-quality storytelling and cultural documentation. She holds a degree from the University of Media Arts and Communication (UniMAC) and a Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast (UCC). With an impressive career spanning some of Ghana’s most notable media houses, Rejoice has honed her craft at the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) and TV Africa. Throughout her journey, she has successfully managed studio productions, developed compelling programming, and brought vital cultural and social narratives to life.

Agyeibea is a journalist and media professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the UniMAC Institute of Film and Television, formerly known as the National Film and Television Institute (NAFTI). With a passion for storytelling, communication, and media, she is dedicated to informing, educating, and engaging audiences through impactful journalism and broadcast content.

THEODORE XOESE GBEKU

HEAD OF EVENTS

Professionally known as Brainy Light, Theodore is an award-winning Ghanaian filmmaker, cinematographer, media personality, musician, and creative entrepreneur. He is the founder of 3BLN Lumina Production and is currently pursuing a BFA in Motion Picture Photography at the University of Media, Arts and Communication – Institute of Film and Television. His creative storytelling and visual artistry have gained recognition at the Artention Film Festival, highlighting his growing influence in Ghana's creative industry as he continues to champion the growth of African cinema and media.
